DELIVERY FOR TAROT READINGS & ASTROLOGY REPORTS

All readings and Astrology reports are sent by email, unless you have specifically ordered a SKYPE service. In all cases, the following delivery schedule applies :

Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be done Wednesday
Orders placed Monday or Tuesday will be done Friday
Orders placed Wednesday,Thursday or Friday will be done Monday

PLEASE FACTOR IN TIME ZONE DIFFERENCES – eg if you live in Australia, you are 10 hours ahead of the UK, which will likely add an extra day’s wait from your perspective.

Very occasionally there may be a delay with your reading due to unforeseen events, illness , etc. I will let you know as soon as possible if a delay is likely.

If you have ordered a SKYPE text-chat reading, I will personally contact you to arrange a mutually convenient day and time. Remember to check your spam folder when looking out for a message

DELIVERY TIMES FOR ALL ENERGY WORK SERVICES

There is a general wait time of several days between the time you place your energy work order and the day it is arranged to be done. You will be contacted by email to arrange a mutually convenient day and time, factoring in any time zone differences. Work days are Monday-Friday ; weekend options are not available. Remember to check your spam folder when looking out for a message

UK DELIVERY TIME FRAMES & SHIPPING INFO FOR ALL MAILED OUT PRODUCTS

Shipping is FREE within the UK, no matter what your order value is. As all mailed products are handmade to order on an individual basis, please allow 3-5 days for your items to be made for you. Recorded/track and trace delivery is NOT included as part of the free delivery service but can be purchased within the shop area if you require this. All postal receipts are kept on file indefinitely so a record of proof of postage is maintained in the unlikely event of items going missing.

OVERSEAS TIME FRAMES & SHIPPING INFO FOR ALL MAILED OUT PRODUCTS

To keep shipping costs down for you, rather than charge per individual item, fees are based upon the total value of your order. Please total up your order and work out what this is in UK currency (Google “currency converter”) then add the relevant shipping amount to your shopping basket before checkout. You can find the appropriate shipping payment option by visiting the “shipping fees” link within the SHOP drop down menu. Shipping is by standard air mail, which typically takes 1-2 weeks to arrive. Standard shipping is NOT track & trace but additional track and trace options are provided in the same shop area should you prefer this method, which adds a few pounds extra to your order total.
All postal receipts are kept on file indefinitely for all shipping methods so a record of proof of postage is maintained in the unlikely event of items going missing.

Please remember that The Enchanted Land is not responsible for any extra charges that may be incurred via customs, etc. That said, there has never yet been a case where a customer has complained about this occurring, so it is highly unlikely to happen !
