What Payment methods do you accept?
Paypal is the gateway, but you can pay using all major credit/debit cards through this gateway without actually needing a Paypal account, just follow the clear and simple prompts that will appear as you begin the payment process. All currencies are accepted. Shortly after you have paid, Paypal will send you a receipt -check your junk folder if it doesn’t go to your inbox. If you prefer to pay via direct bank to bank transfer or Western Union, please reach out to discuss this.
How do I know this payment method is safe?
Paypal is the internet’s most well known and popular payment gateway. Your financial information is received only by them ,not by us or any other 3rd party. We only see the name and email address you have registered under, and neither are passed onto 3rd parties.
I get an error message from Paypal when I try to pay. What is the problem ?
On occasion, a customer may receive a message on screen from Paypal as follows
“We’re sorry , we can’t complete your purchase at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay”
This is NOT an error linked in any way to the cart of this website. An error message like this means your payment has been declined, whether you went through guest checkout or used an actual Paypal account. The usual reason for it being declined is that you have reached Paypal’s maximum spending allowance, which is £2,500. In order to comply with European regulations, this cap is in place and can only be removed by you directly contacting Paypal and asking what you need to do to increase the spending limit.
Meanwhile, you can try another card or another Paypal acccount, if you have one. Alternatively, I can accept a direct bank to bank transfer or a Western Union payment. Please contact me to discuss either option.
ANOTHER possibility for such a message, or something similar, is that you have an actual Paypal account but for some reason you are trying to go through guest checkout . In such cases, Paypal will not let the transaction go through, so please try again using your Paypal account and do NOT try guest checkout again .

When will I receive my order ?
On each item page there are tabs before the text description of the service or product begins. Click the one about delivery times to find out when to expect things. Typically readings ordered on a Monday and Tuesday are done Friday, readings ordered on Weds/Thurs/Fri are done Monday and readings ordered on weekends are done on Wednesday.
Spells get booked in to begin within a few days of your order.
I ordered an email service from you but still haven’t received it – why?
Please check your junk/spam folders. If your settings automatically empty these daily, we’ll probably have to re-send your report/reading so get in touch with us through the contact us form if you think there is any problem.
I ordered a postal service/product for you but it has not arrived- why ?
All orders are sent out promptly by Royal mail, but postal delays/strikes sometimes occur, or very occasionally an item may go missing .We can always trace, and if necessary, replace, your missing order, so please get in touch asap if you think your order has gone astray.
I am not happy with my order/service. Can I have a refund?
Refunds are not given for spells or readings or items mailed out sorry. The only time a refund is given is if something has not been received or has been damaged in transit .
